Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

1. Purpose

Vibes Social Network (“Vibes” or “the Platform”) is committed to maintaining a safe digital environment and has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This policy outlines the measures taken by Vibes to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE-related content and behaviour in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Vibes:

• Content Involving Minors: Uploading, sharing, distributing, or engaging with any material that depicts or suggests child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Grooming and Exploitation: Any attempt to manipulate, coerce, or solicit a minor for inappropriate interactions.
• Facilitation of CSAE: Using the Platform to promote, coordinate, or participate in child trafficking, sexual exploitation, or any form of harm against minors.

Users found engaging in any of the above activities will be subject to immediate account termination and may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.

3. Content Moderation & Detection

Vibes employs human moderation to identify and remove CSAE-related content. Our team actively reviews reports submitted by users and takes swift action against violations.

4. Reporting & Law Enforcement Cooperation

• Users can report any suspected CSAE content directly through the Platform’s reporting feature.
• Vibes will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant authorities, to investigate and prevent CSAE-related incidents.
• Where required, Vibes will submit reports in compliance with legal obligations under international, federal, and local child protection laws.

5. Age Verification & Account Restrictions

• Vibes implements age verification measures to restrict access to individuals under the minimum age requirement.
• Accounts found to be misrepresenting their age or engaging in CSAE-related conduct will be permanently banned, and relevant authorities may be notified.

6. User Education & Preventative Measures

• Vibes is committed to promoting digital safety and awareness by providing resources on online child protection.

7. Policy Review & Compliance

• This policy is subject to regular review and updates to ensure compliance with evolving legal standards and best practices.
• Vibes collaborates with legal experts, child protection organizations, and law enforcement to enhance safety measures.

8. Enforcement & Accountability

Violations of this policy will result in:

• Immediate removal of content violating CSAE standards.
• Permanent suspension of offending accounts.
• Legal action where necessary, including cooperation with law enforcement agencies.
